Children's Illustration: Sequential

My love for art and illustration was born in the stories I was read as a child. More importantly the images the books contained guided my imagination to create magical worlds, while not yet able to read them myself.

My main aim I had for these images was that I aimed to make sure they were vibrant and simplistic while conveying a narrative. I wanted them to maintain continuity throughout. I did this by trying to stick to a strict colour pallet.

Land pirates: Silly ideas of a pirate town who roam around on the back of a giant tortoise.

Trying to maintain continuity across the images, while maintaining the simplistic nature of art created to entice younger audiences.
